I’m a licensed professional counselor in the State of Texas and the “Gayle Force” wind behind of A Beautiful Mess Inside, an online community promoting radical self-acceptance, laughter, and healing connections. My inspiring messages have attracted and touched the lives of over half a million women globally.
With a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Texas Woman’s University and a background in organizational development and human resources, I originally built my counseling practice in Irving, Texas.
